●How the car air conditioner works
The air conditioning system of a car is generally composed of compressors, condensers, liquid storage dryers, expansion valves, evaporation boxes, air conditioning pipes, electronically controlled clutches, and the like. Among them, the refrigeration medium in automotive air conditioners, that is, the refrigerant is generally R134a, which continuously circulates between the various components of the air conditioner, and the rapid expansion of the volume using the compression and release thereof requires the principle of absorption of a large amount of heat to be cooled.
Nowadays, non-independent air conditioners are commonly used in vehicles on the market. When we press the A/C button, the electromagnetic clutch is energized, and the engine belt is magnetically attracted to the suction cup by electromagnetic coils, thus driving the operation of the air conditioner compressor.
After the compressor starts working, the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant coming out of the evaporation box flows through the compressor into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then forms a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid through the condenser's heat pipe, and then undergoes dehumidification through the liquid storage dryer. When it flows to the expansion valve, the width of the air-conditioning duct becomes wider, and the pressure becomes lower. The refrigerant becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, and the refrigerant evaporates in a low-pressure environment and absorbs a lot of heat energy. As the air in the compartment continues to flow through the evaporating tank, the temperature in the compartment decreases and the humidity also decreases. The liquid refrigerant flows through the evaporation box and becomes low-pressure gas again, and is again drawn into the compressor for the next cycle.
The working principle of the automotive air-conditioning we introduced above is mainly for its cooling aspect, but the heating of the air-conditioner of the automobile has nothing to do with the A/C, but comes from the heat emitted by the warm-water tank (coolant), and the engine is in operation. The large amount of heat generated is recovered and used to dissipate heat into the passenger compartment so as to achieve the purpose of air conditioning and heating.

If you do not start the air conditioner quickly, the air conditioner will only blow out the cool breeze.
Air conditioning circulation mode:
According to our conclusions after the test, the selection of the internal circulation mode in the early stage of heating air conditioning will bring better heating effect to the carriages. After the temperature in the carriage has risen to a certain extent, in order to ensure the circulation of air inside the vehicle, we It is also recommended that you switch the air conditioner to the outer circulation mode in time. Of course, this also depends on the weather conditions in your area.
Set air temperature:
Perhaps many people think that the higher the air temperature is, the better, but in fact it is not. Excessive air conditioning temperature will warm up the car, but the higher temperature will slow down the driver's response, and passengers in the car will feel uncomfortable. Therefore, in order to balance comfort and safety, we recommend that you set the air conditioning temperature. Appropriately around 22°C.
Set air conditioning volume:
Similar to the above mentioned setting of the air conditioner temperature, too much warm air volume will affect the ride comfort of the passengers in the vehicle and also affect the driver’s driving safety. Therefore, we recommend that you use the air conditioning air volume when using air conditioning heaters. Adjust to the middle or lower gear.
Set the air direction of the air conditioner:
Air-conditioning air direction can be generally divided into the head, upper body, feet, etc., in the air conditioning panel will have an icon to indicate the image. Switch A/C:
A/C is the compressor switch. If the vehicle is equipped with automatic air conditioning, it will be found that the A/C will be turned on simultaneously when the air conditioning AUTO button is pressed. However, according to the principle of automotive air conditioning, the compressor does not have a heating function, which means that the switch A/C has no effect on the warm air.
For the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in winter, the vehicular glass is prone to fogging, and the use of air-conditioning compressors can indeed achieve the dehumidification function. However, whether or not to open the A/C for defogging must be specifically analyzed based on the specific problems of different regions and different humidity.
Windshield defogging function:
The front and rear windshields of the vehicle all have separate defogging function buttons. They also have the function of quick defogging, except that the fog removal method and location are different. When the front windshield defogging function is turned on, the A/C is turned on at the same time to provide protection for the defogging function. Of course, if you are in a relatively dry location, manually shutting down the A/C can also achieve defogging while also saving fuel.
